"I would rather say they found a fund that has speculative money to place on a project with good potential." Actually, I believe the Fund found them after doing extremely rigorous DD. And even if they have speculative money to place on a project-why do it with Medinah if their are better prospects out there?(Not to mention companies with a much better reputation!?) Nah....the Fund is moving in on what they see as a great investment....
