PERS is being reformed, thank goodness. Unfortunately the old hogs raping the system get to shuffle off with their windfall, and live as parasites off the new hires. That's too bad. But the folks in Sac are afraid of the court battle the old retired porkers would put up. I would prefer to see all of us shafted equally- but that is not to be. At least the major abuses are being cured. I'm glad to see the cap put in and the plugging of the numerous loopholes, and the requirement of a greater contribution is a great idea.
