Hi Paul,

Zacks adds their own rating along with those supplied by analysists. I've tried their 30 day free trial a couple times (never been impressed enough to pay for it) and from what I can tell that rating is computer generated and tends to be high or low along with the price of the stock.

It looks like we're missing out on the pre earnings run up. Oh well. There's always another trade. It looks like it might fill the small gap left at 9 1/4. It's pretty old but NOVL seems to fill them eventually.

The Netscape rumor has the advantage of the policy to not comment on mergers. A little different than the "not for sale" that comes from the buy out rumors. Also a little easier to believe. The only thing that's missing is insider buying. I think it would show up if something serious were in the works. Of course, it could be happening, and not be filed yet or it could be done with options, but that strikes me as a bit of a long shot. Also, mergers take time and don't always result in instant gratification. Anyone remember USRX going from 70 to 40? Then again both companies have been beat up so bad that any radical change would probably be considered good.

It looks more like a short squeeze than a serious buying opportunity.
