On the contrary. Janet Reno, the most corrupt attorney general in American history, refused to turn over evidence
to the investigators even after her top investigator Bella and the head of the FBI Freeh stated there was sufficient evidence to warrant a special prosecutor. Reno stonewalled all investigations concerning the clintons.
Clinton was about to fire her at the end of his first term because he thought she was to zealous in her investigations his malfeasance and misfeasance. Her reward for agreeing to hinder or stop all
investigations of the clintons was a second term as AG.
