The other part of the problem is that schools can be only part of the solution. Regardless of what they are taught in classrooms, if they see it contradicted and disregarded in the larger society, it won't take. And that is currently the situation we have. A "save sex for marriage" message is undermined by Hollywood and publishers every day. Trying to force them into line will take this society in directions I and (I think) most others are not willing to go. In order to get Hollywood and publishers to go along without throwing out the Constitution, the rest of society has to change its attitudes. Actually, more like one will lead, then the other. Gotta go.
