I suspect you are having more fun with TGA...WTR put in a higher high but lower close day at the beginning of the year, or at the end of 2004, and has been consolidating somewhat lower ever since with the general market. Suspect that pent up tax selling has had an effect too......I've got some money parked there but I'm not expecting great things....
