If you want to.... there are several projects on the boards or scheduled.. The spice one is to start in mid-October.

We were talking about maybe having a 5 course meal where we would each post a recipe for the appetizer the first week, the first course (like a soup) the next week, the second course (like a salad) the next week, the main course (entree and sides) the next week and then the final or dessert course the last week.

Another project could be the weirdest recipe contest where we would post recipes with the most unusual ingredients.

Another (2) projects could be the longest and shortest recipes (not including salt and pepper). We might want it to be the longest recipe because short recipes are relatively easy - slap a steak on the grill and season it.

Let your imagination run wild.... we can do whatever we want and original sin be hanged!
