Thanks Jock. You are more liberal than I am! I am so used to companies screwing up and dragging their peers down too that even conservative numbers from LSI please me. Hopefully INTC, LSI, TXN, AMAT, XLNX will lead us into a prosperous 00! How about that! Your observation of Gresham, though poignant, are probably correct. But LSI has been preaching that Gresham is going to add to their bottom line and lot of analysts have been buying that too! My guess is they got "something unprintable" in return for their big investment or "spending" as you will call it.
