Actually from what I have heard there are legal ways in which a Company can make ammends and not be subject to a penalty etc. I have a call into the OSC to hear back on the details of what they are. We all know how legit all the dealings between the houses and the exchanges are. Deals get made and things get forgotten all the time. In any event Im not concerned with however it is dealt with. As far as Im concerned is whatever happens has nothing to do with GLE, which essentially the fact. My concern however should this be true is that if I was right on the reason for the run perhaps others would be mislead or lead into believing there was something going on relative to the company and news. In any event I could be wrong, I have no way of knowing. So I sit back here and watch closely. People see the price run a little and then people jump on the board announcing news is coming....well yes news is coming, but when and what who knows.
