Change of subject :) Tonight I have made my very first Beggar's Chicken. I've been wanting it for a long while and it is not something that is readily available in Chinese restaurants (not even in HK). There are few places that will make it for you with 24hr - 48hr notice, but the last one that I knew of closed down. Unfortunately I was too busy during the day and could not prep it in time to have it as dinner. So the chicken, its stuffings, and all the mud are now marinating in my fridge. Hopefully it will not go bad till it goes in my oven some time after lunch tomorrow.
