The Camp David Accord was the single biggest success in the Middle East in the past 40 years. Carter made it happen. Bush could learn a lot from Carter. Carter also helped end the Soviet Union through more open diplomacy.

It's true Carter was more of a carrot than a stick, but without a carrot you don't get peace accords. Reagan learned that and had some successes. GW Bush offers only sticks and is a failure at international diplomacy on almost every level.

Just look at the results of GW Bush's foreign policies. It's never been worse for us.
