Most of OKE's business charges a fixed price for processing and transport, so they're not as leveraged to oil and gas prices.

They're like EPD in this regard, but without the burden of being a partnership.

Most of OKE's business is still in Oklahoma.

You should see how the Chairman bought OKE shares as they dropped in price. He clearly couldn't see why this would impact on his business. Maybe he's right.
