Sport Haley (SPOR) seeking to hire an investment banking firm to review alternatives towards increasing shareholder value and is considering going private.

biz.yahoo.com

Net current assets are $7.16 per share. Book value per share is $7.37.

The company will be filing its recent 10-Q late.

Recently CEO died and his son resigned from the firm and an interim CEO was hired.

I picked up some additional shares today at $4.50 per share. I was hoping to pick up more than I did but share price picked up a bit later in the afternoon.

Per Yahoo:

Market Cap (intraday): 12.44M
Enterprise Value (16-Nov-04)³: 5.70M
Trailing P/E (ttm, intraday): N/A
Forward P/E (fye 30-Jun-06)¹: N/A
PEG Ratio (5 yr expected)¹: N/A
Price/Sales (ttm): 0.49
Price/Book (mrq): 0.54
Enterprise Value/Revenue (ttm)³: 0.27
Enterprise Value/EBITDA (ttm)³: N/A
Revenue (ttm): 20.80M
Revenue Per Share (ttm): 8.277
Revenue Growth (lfy)³: 8.40%
Gross Profit (ttm)²: 7.18M
EBITDA (ttm): -1.23M
Net Income Avl to Common (ttm): -2.19M
Diluted EPS (ttm): -0.893

Seems like the company should go for $7 to $8 per share if its priced around 1X sales and considering strong balance sheet.
