Kasan selling DVD boards to Japan........................... Kasan uses CUBE's ZiVA chip: c-cube.com KOREA'S KASAN TO EXPORT MULTIMEDIA BOARDS TO JAPAN SEOUL - South Korea's Kasan Electronics Co said it will export multimedia playback boards, including digital video disk (DVD) playback boards worth US$6 million to Softbank Corp of Japan this year. Kasan will make the first shipment worth $1.5 million on Aug 10 to Japan's largest software distributor. BTW, it's not easy for a Korean company to sell electronics in Japan unless it has a low, low price or better offering than available from a Japanese company. Go CUBE!
