Hi Flair, Glad to know you are still holding on to RMBS. Re. "deferred revenues": my take is that, in most cases, the payment schedules of royality fees could be structured in installments that part of them would be "deferred" revenues. I have some details of H&Q's Rumbus report which may be of interest to long term investors. As usual, skeptics need not read and, for those who do, please do so at your own risk.
