Guardian, there is a history of market makers pulling this crap. I read several stories in the papers recently about it. I would go after DLJ hammer and tongs. Send copies of your stuff to the SEC also. Make a big stink and it is likely that you won't have to resort to legal action. DLJ may have locked you in to binding arbitration on the issue, depending on any agreements you signed. Good luck! TTFN, CTC
