Good luck to you. With the high mobility of criminals now, and the fear out there, Gated communities will continue to be built. In California, you get nothing else in the upper market Toffler predicted it decades ago. I don't see a problem with it - it's just part of the larger trend towards self-defined communities and identities. Also predicted by Toffler.
