Netflix uses an analog to bypass your requested movies that are marked "long wait" and ship the the next one that is not. The way to get around this is to eliminate all other requests from your Queue. This forces them to send it to you. They will put up messages trying to get you to add to your queue, but then, a couple of days later, ship you the one you want.

I just did this, and it worked, with an extra three day wait. The local plant was out of stock, and they shipped it from Chicago.
