How much will Qualcomm have to pay Datang Mobile for a TD-SCDMA license? When will Qualcomm have a TD-SCDMA chip ready? I think the going idea would be Datang will need to sign a license agreement with Q, in which Q will cross-license anything they need to make the chipset. Cooters
