McGee joined DiviCom from Digi-Media Vision Ltd., a News Corporation Technology Group, and formerly the Advanced Products division of NTL.

Tom Lookabaugh, Senior Vice President and General Manager
A co-founder of the company, (and all around nice guy)
Dr. Lookabaugh spent five years at CLI, reaching the position of executive director of research and new business technology.
Dr. Lookabaugh holds a bachelor's degree in engineering physics from the Colorado School of Mines; master's degrees in electrical engineering, statistics, and engineering management from Stanford University; and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford.

Mike Perkins, Director, Algorithm Development
Dr. Perkins joined DiviCom from Scientific Atlanta

Mark Carrington, Vice President, Sales and Services
Mr. Carrington recently joined DiviCom after spending 12 years at IBM

Nai-Ting Hsu, Vice President-Engineering
Dr. Hsu joined DiviCom from MasPar, where as vice president of engineering, he worked on a variety of technologies including MPEG compression. Prior to MasPar, Dr. Hsu was director of engineering for the system software division at Silicon Graphics

Brian Johnson, Vice President-Advanced Technology
Mr. Johnson's two decades of experience designing and managing the development of digital processing systems includes the design of specialized ASICs for complex signal processing operations. Following work in engineering and as a project leader on several key projects at General Electric, he joined Magnavox CATV (now Philips Broadband Networks), His technical accomplishments resulted in a promotion to research and management positions at Philips Laboratories, where he ultimately led the development of Philips' HDMAC-60 high definition TV decoder and Philips' Media-1, an MPEG-based compressed digital video system for cable and other consumer applications.
