Gordf, You should qualify that statement, Gord......perhaps you meant to say institutional investors that own that garbage scow called RioCan....it might be a small sampling, but of the people I know that own Realfund, 100% of instructions are to not accept the RioCan offer.....besides, RFN.un is trading below book, the balance sheet has less leverage, the real estate is higher quality, vacanies are lower, overheads are comparatively lower.....do yourself a favor and dump your Rio Can and buy Realfund.....you will sleep better at night....besides, RFN.un will now also apreciate in price.....
