I believe that Hendrik B. van der Walt is the President of Reclamation Management. He was also the President of Cayo.
I believe that in July of 1997 Cayo and Pure Gold entered into agreements to acquire 25% and 50% interest from an arms length private entity. This was for 10.1 million acres in South west Alberta. This is subject to a 2% gross royalty to the staker.I believe that Reclamation Management still owns 25% with Pure Gold Minerals owning 75% of the 10.1 million acres of claims.
Caribgold's agreement covers 3.5 million acres.
Hendrick Van der walt also staked 650,000 acres directly across the Sask border in an agreement with another unknown company 75/25, and Pure Gold Minerals now has that 75% as well.
Pure Gold originally reported 50 anomalies in this area similar to the Buffalo Hills anomalies.

The Agreement with Caribgold covers about 3.5 million acres.

We are awaiting clarification from Pure Gold Minerals if this high resolution magnetic survey is on claims other than the previously reported 50 anomalies.

We expect that to come on the Jan 15 news release.
