You'll notice that the ones on the CVIA thread crying the loudest are the ones who didn't contribute much, if any DD. A reverse was always in the plan, it was just a surprise that it happened at these levels. I personally would have like to have seen a profitable 10Q prior to any reverse. That did not happen.

Those who you believe did not pay any attention to the reverse warnings were all (IMO) the ones who were looking for the quick run to a dime. They are the ones calling CVIA the "S" word.

I don't believe that. I believe in the long term potential of their business plan, and have spoken to CVIA officials and researched WOTD through the State of WA. They are real and I believe they have a real business plan. The zillion shares out did not go to pay overhead like some other BB's and Jack Arnold did not take a salary. They have the $500,000 sitting in the bank which will go towards acquisitions.

I do agree that CVIA is one to watch and learn from. If they do make it, they will be one of the few who do. It's a very aggressive business plan and WOTD is not messing around. I was told to expect further defining news after the signing on Thur/Fri.

A 300:1 is indeed a sad deal which made many people sell at a loss. The fact still remains that from a business perspective, CVIA is worth more today than it did when most of us bought at higher prices.

And like you said...
Well, now that the news is out and the split takes place on the 18th. we can all wait and watch CVIA... and the rest of the story unfold.

Let's watch it objectively and hope for the best. At any rate, the MO players and daytraders are most likely out of it by now ;~)
