I read this interview and there's not much new material. John Pennal explained the history of the company from the beginning to where we are now. He got into the beer consumption in China and how that country will surpass the US within the next few years to be the number one in the world etc etc. He explained that he has to tell our story to the investment community and that because the story is not well known this has a negative effect on the share price. He said that the news release about the license to control the Pabst brand in China for 30 years was a great news etc but not yet recognized by the investment community. He felt that the share price was very undervalued with a price of $ 3.50 and a book value of over 10. He said his main priority as CEO will continue to be increasing shareholder value etc. etc. I don't recall anything about the share buyback program. He said that they would probably reach an agreement with the 3rd brewery sometime in the Q3. ( Sept 30th 1999 ). I think that is all like I said not much was new material but it looked like an effort to sell the company to the investment community.

Regards,

Mario.
