Chas, I am new to all this myself. Read through the whole thread seeing if there was anything of any assistance and then it just ended. I have been reading everything I could get my hands on (books)and was reading your post about www.hardrightedge.com/courses.htm Have you tried it yourself and if so, does it work? I didn't really consider taking a course to do this, however I'm sure that a course would teach strategies such as charting etc. better than what you could read about in a book. I am so anxious to jump in and give trading a try, but haven't yet opened an account. I hope to do so in the next week or so. Sure wish I'd had one last week when all the stocks I've been watching took a dive and then reached new highs by the later part of the week. Could have bought on the dips and made something! Let me know on the course. Tks, Ylang
