SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The CBS.MarketWatch.com Web site
(http://cbs.marketwatch.com) today announced that it has entered into online
content agreements with Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive, ClearStation, and
CNCurrency.com, a service of Conde Nast's CondeNet. MarketWatch.com has also
recently announced content agreements with Intuit's Quicken.com, Motorola and
Hoover's.

Larry Kramer, President and CEO of MarketWatch.com, said, "Our job is to

quality major media outlets like CondeNet and Washingtonpost.Newsweek
Interactive and innovative stock advisory sites like ClearStation. Their

The agreements will allow the CBS.MarketWatch.com Web site to continue
delivering diversified and informative financial content to an expanded
Internet audience. Personal finance information from MarketWatch.com will be
available through the CNCurrency site, washingtonpost.com and Newsweek.com.
MarketWatch.com will also incorporate 27 ClearStation articles on stock
evaluation, and ClearStation will incorporate 10 MarketWatch daily news
articles into its forthcoming "Market News and Commentary" module.
