tobacco play... fda's regulation authority booted by fed appeals court. possible longs.. looks weak.. mo (esp. since its restatement announcement knocked it down 2day) rn ltr bgl (has some probs) bti ust course tobacco doesn't seem to be moving on the big newz anymore... not much went thru yesterday when that case against Brown and williams (BTI) was tossed again...
