Ah yes, the weekend ritual to Panama City. Spent my honeymoon
overlooking the white sand at a small hotel along the beachfront.
Being from California though, it needed some wave action.
Did Rucker still have displays of firepower? When I left the
Cobra was just being replaced but during my stint we went to
see the aircraft in awesome displays. Scared the snockers out
of you. The DOD was cutting back at the time so it didn't sound
like they would be very frequent. I had some friends that were
either WOs or WOCs and I'll never forget when they took me up
in a Huey. What a gas.
