LRL........emotions are at an all time high right now. I myself go minute by minute feeling rage, sympathy, anger and helplessness. This is a subject that truly "hits home" for every one of us. No one is exempt. My 8 and 6 year olds brought up the subject of what happened in Littleton. We did talk a little about it when it all happened but when they came home from school today, they both had specific questions. My husband left on his usual trip this afternoon before the kids got home from school and I told them we would answer their questions to the best of our ability later this everning. He's going to call after his last flight this evening. He wants to be able to help with the discussion and I can really use the help. Our 22 year old will be here tonight also to help he said so what a night this will be. Kids at this age are so blunt and straightforward. They deserve answers to their questions but..........this is a very hard situation to handle. I can already tell this is going to be a long night...........thank goodness for king size beds. :-) PB
