Any idea if the deal with ZED consummated? If it did, it makes this company look a little more real. But this:

zed.ca

at "company profile" indicate that ZED is still PRIVATE.

Did the acquisition by INVT not consummate? This more than rumors and MMs would explain the fall in INVT's price.

Or is ZED's website not updated?
