Hi THC.

I am no longer invested in SPYN. I sold it durig the last run-up. I also used it as a vehicle for selling covered calls against for a while (nice premiums on the stock).

I really cannot answer your other quesions. I learned about the company when seking a solution to a back problem. I eventually got their device implanted in my back and it solved my problems. In fact, I now have a full range of movement, and normal strength in my back and have no limitations or pain. So, for me the device was very successful.

There are two competitors--US Surgical and Sofamer Danek (sp?). I really don't know what the technical differences are between devices. I do know that SPYN was the first to market and they have had a very successful surgeon training and marketing program. Also, the analysts seem to love the stock and its growth prospects. You may want to try to get ahold of some of the analysts reports (especially H&Q's).

I would like to re-enter the stock if it gets a bit lower, but will wait and see and this point.

(Several friends got into this stock when I did and ran it up to $50+ and are asking me the same questions--about re-entering).

Sorry I can't answer your questions.
