Karl: Sounds good to me. I really don't care too much about who partners with who as long as I don't get too diluted in the process. Hopefully the findings will be good enough to pay us for all the waiting and dilution. It seems like I have a lot of stocks that are underwater and sitting there as dead money. I guess some good results this spring and some more accumulation by the big boys will take care of that. Jeff
