With E-waves you have to be specific about the time frame you are talking about. It's pretty much the same as saying "my clock rate is 10", and forgetting to add GHz or MHz or KHz.

You're probably talking short-term.

As for me, long or short-term, counting waves is a pass-time, while doing time in my investment rubber dingy (Steve, remember Orr from the Catch-22 "Tee-hee"-guy with crab apples in his cheeks). The only concern is to stay dry.
