I recall the guy saying AMD was a buy @ $40.

Well, short-term, a buyer at $40 could have sold at $42. And long-term, a buyer at $40 may yet make even more of a gain.

I recall the guy who said AMD April call options with a $40 strike price were a buy. Those expired worthless.
