John, this is *intended*. protecting the rich means someone else has to pay - and that would be the not so rich and unemployed.

this is by *design*.

yes, the top 1% pay 90% of the taxes, but they own 92% of the country (therefore, under paying their portion of taxes) and they don't have to pay for their trillion in gambling losses.
