Yeah, I agree with Ron and Al. I'm no attorney, but for a judge
to rule our way in that case, wouldn't IPM have had to
present some very strong and irrefutable evidence to that fact ??
Wish we could get a transcript of that case.
It would be nice to read that, wouldn't it ??
