My rules to live by:

Never let your car look better than you.

Never eat in your car.

Walk , Skip, Run, Dance, Play a fun game daily, Weight lift, etc.

Only eat real food, limit yourself to 1 to 2 drinks at most.

Laugh, Laugh, Laugh.

Marry a beautiful woman, who wants to look at ugly to start your day?
