Larry,

Last quarter MUEI said average RAM in PC's sold was 37MB -- a factor which MUEI said contributed to increased COGS.

By the end of this quarter, MUEI had doubled the amount of RAM (to 64MB) in each PC. This has to increase MUEI's COGS further without any additional sales $$$ (note they are giving it to customers "free").

Don't look for all MU's extra unsold chips in their inventory. Look inside MUEI's boxes.
