KM: Dan, Thanks for your assessment. I don't know about the chance of the merger occurring but supposedly the buyout price would be around $30 and Kroger or Safeway could be the interested buyers. This is according to CNBC this morning who is quoting from Business Week... I haven't confirmed this or read the article because personally I don't like the magazine. Ahmed
