cree and sony
if anyone is in japan...would you please look at a sony playstation II and tell us how many blue and green indicator lamps it has.

PS2 has two indicator lights along the right-hand side. The reset button's is green, the power button's blue. Each is little more than a pinpoint of light on small, half-inch square buttons, but they are a class act, whatever they are. (Cree's handiwork?) Their color, particularly that of the blue one, is bright yet deep, and not at all pale or cheap-looking. As the packaging of the PS2 itself is quite sophisticated -- sleek, matte-black and ribbed -- the lights add a nice touch of color. Very understated Japanese design.

Hope this helps, blan
