The Hong Kong's market is really nothing. But if Hong Kong is stabilized, the symbolic meaning is that China will fully support the exchange rate of Hong Kong currency and stock market. The exchange rate between Hong Kong currency and Chinese currency is fixed at 1.1 : 1 !!
