Tom, I have been watching the Florida Legislature Joint Committee on Election Problems...it is clear that the Legislature is laying the Constitutional Predicate to take control of the state's Electors if necessary. A very nice presentation of the Constitutional History behind the state's legislatures having the ultimate authority over electors is being made. I am pleased these guys mean business and are letting the Fl. Sup. Ct. they will not be rode roughshod over. Also notice Gore is now 45 minutes past due his "speech".
