There is nothing incompatible in saying that North Korea is a threat to the United States and a regional threat Hogwash. When you're using the "regional threat" as justification for not taking action, that more than implies that NK is not a US threat. You've certainly seen the Washington Times article on the 6 months to a nuke report allegedly coming from the IAEA. Three times either Bush or Ari [speaking for Bush] asserted that the 6 month assessment was from the IAEA. That's not "error", that's plain and simple lying.
