You mean, when he was a Rhodes Scholar, studying at Oxford?

Of course. Here's the snopes account:

"That Bill Clinton went to great lengths to avoid the Vietnam-era draft, that he used political connections to obtain special favors, and that he made promises and commitments which he later failed to honor, are all beyond dispute."

I still voted for the guy. But he lost me when he fired a cruise missile into Baghdad, murdering a half a dozen innocent janitors, and called it "retribution". That isn't my idea of the purpose of the U. S. military. There's a straight line from that abuse of power to the attack on the Libyan embassy yesterday. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

If anyone supports Obama because they think Romney was a dog abuser or a high school bully, that's fine with me. But if anyone thinks Romney was a draft dodger and Clinton wasn't, that's pure hypocrisy.
