I'm posting some rules to help shorters Do not short a Fiber Optic stock that has "Holy Grail" technology. Do not short Fiber Optic stocks that have just completed financing..any type..to complete a plant that plans to produce 500-1000 chips a day. Never, never, never short a speculative Fiber Optic Photonic play. Never short a technology play that has perfected the Sol-Gel technique. By all means never short a company that has withstood attacks by boiler room groups like Preston Langley, and recovery from the pinks with possibly the largest Mkt CAP ever.
