You are entirely correct...S.I. is all about learning to be better investors and all information helps us!
And it is true, that if one is willing to "gamble" a little: companies with strong EPS and weak RS may be on their way to a fine return as a stock, if the RS is strenthening. Above 90 the stock might "be there" already.
I decided to "gamble" with ATML and SSTI when they had weak RS and expect that they will be in the RS 90 range sometime in the not too distant future.
