First, we are not trying to obfuscate anything.
Second, PSINet was the ISP to create and publish customer retention. Does anyone else do that?
Third, I said our numbers declined, and gave reasons. I also said that the numbers have started to come back up. If you can't accept those facts, fine. They are, however, the facts.
Fourth, I gave you the customer contract information so that we could all put some parameters of importance around the whole issue. It is important to PSINet that we have a growing, quality customer base. The customer contract averages go, I think, to the quality. |
