I own another house, other than the one I live in. The neighbor in the other house has pushed me to my limit about the rental. It really is not in bad shape, but she has gotten to the point that I don't want to do anything with the house just to p*ss her off. It is an older home, within the city limits. No owner association anywhere near that house. This stupid woman tells my one tenants that she is going to get a petition to get me "thrown out of the neighborhood." I just laughed at this comment. I think the woman is delusional, or maybe she has just not realized, that she doesn't live in a gated community!! Her big issue is she does not like my downstairs tenants, who happen to be black. I believe that to be the WHOLE issue with her, not the condition of my house. notaslumlord.com
