Who says it has to be a surprise? I say LET EM KNOW we are coming. Wont make any difference, and it sure will raise the ANGYST of the leaders. Take out all govt structures as well as the sole refinery and as much of atomic facilities as can. Also take out bridges and roads leading to any facilities we cant destroy. Maybe then IF there is an underground movement they can take over their own government. jdn
