The Sphinx Moth: A Beneficial Insect

The Sphinx moth is a great example of a non-bee-pollinated creature. Their behavior and anatomy make them unusual in their relationships with some of the plants they pollinate. It’s no secret that nocturnal moths visit far more plants than day-old active bees (which is impressive considering the amazing success of bees in pollinating plants).
